About Me

Like many people, when I was younger I didn’t think much about my health. It’s not something we’re really taught to value, and those old sayings about health don’t truly land until life gives you a reason to listen. Over time, I came to understand just how vital good health is — not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

That realisation truly deepened when I became a mother.

My journey into homeopathy began after the birth of my children. My eldest was born

six weeks premature and, from a very young age, struggled with asthma, severe croup,

and frequent respiratory infections. This led to repeated courses of antibiotics for ear

infections and other illnesses, followed by multiple sets of grommets. It was a

challenging and exhausting few years, with ongoing infections, steroids, and antibiotics

becoming a regular part of life.

My second and third children experienced similar issues — respiratory illnesses, grommets, and eczema — and it began to feel as though sickness was simply something we had to accept. Having three children in three years certainly added to the pressure, but nothing compared to the stress of seeing your children unwell so often.

Looking back, I wish I had known sooner how much homeopathy could have supported my children's health — and in some cases, helped prevent further intervention.

One day, while watching my children play at the park, I had a very clear thought: there has to be a better way to deal with sickness. That evening, after the kids were in bed, I began researching. Homeopathy kept coming up, and something about it resonated deeply with me.

I found a homeopath and booked a consultation for my children. She was wonderful, and from that point on, homeopathy became an invaluable part of our lives. The remedies were gentle, simple, and incredibly effective. I was relieved and grateful to reduce our reliance on antibiotics for ear infections, respiratory issues, and other common childhood illnesses. Just as importantly, I began to truly understand health in a deeper, more holistic way.

Since then, homeopathy has been an integral part of my life, using it to support not only my own family, but also friends and extended family — many of whom had never heard of homeopathy before and were pleasantly surprised by how helpful it could be for both acute and chronic conditions. Over time, this naturally grew into a calling. I realised this was the work I wanted to do.

Today, homeopathy is both my profession and my passion. I find it incredibly rewarding to

walk alongside people as they discover how powerful and supportive this gentle form of

medicine can be for themselves and their families. In the last year, I’ve even enjoyed using

homeopathy in our veggie garden and with our dogs — with wonderful results. It continues

to amaze me how effective it can be across people, plants, and animals alike.

I bring not only professional training and experience to my work, but also deep personal understanding. I understand what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, to search for answers, and to want something safer and more supportive for yourself or your family. It’s a privilege to help others find their way back to balance, resilience and wellbeing.

Telehealth (video or phone call) homeopathy appointments are available, making support accessible wherever you are.
