Before, during and after the initial appointment
Once a booking is made, I will email you a form to complete before the session. This will let me know what the main challenge is as well as your medical history along with other relevant and important details. It will also show me the direction our discussion should follow and what areas need to be focussed on, as well as further information I will need to find out from you during the session. This is where most of the information for a person's case is taken, and is why the initial appointment is the longest.

On the day of the appointment at the set time, I will call your phone, using call-only or the video and audio application called WhatsApp (this can be downloaded free from the Google Play Store) and allows us to talk and see each other during the appointment. During the appointment, we will discuss the information and go into further details required to individualise your treatment plan. Treatment plans will usually cover a 4 or 8 week period of taking the prescribed remedies.

After the appointment when a treatment plan has been created for you, you will receive a text message that the plan and remedies are ready to be picked up, or they can be posted to you.
Follow-up appointment
A follow-up session can be booked anytime - at the end of the initial appointment, when the treatment plan ends or any time in between.

The follow-up session will be shorter, as most of the information will have been gathered already in the initial consultation. This session is mainly to check how the treatment has progressed and what changes and improvements have occurred, as the treatment plan and remedies may need to be modified or changed for healing to continue.
